Try this:
Copy in sys.txt the following (but copy at the top of your sys.txt) because don't know what entries you have:
[gps]
port="1"
baud="4800"
source="nmea"
set_messages=0

if it will not work think that this will fix problem:
[gps]
port="2"
baud="57600"
source="nmea"
set_messages=0

After copying each of those settings don't forget to delete folder "save" you can find this folder: Primo2.4\save
