Just download the latest maps you need from the iGo maps section, you can use TomTom or Here ( Navteq ) what you prefer. You can only use the countries you need, don't suppose you need to install the whole world .
Read the instructions there where to put them and copy the maps, 3D, Poi, licenses etc to the right place.
    It's all in the download.
    Latest TomTom = 2017 09. Here ( Navteq ) 2017 Q4.
    Done.
    Good luck.

Just a tip if you are not really experienced in this.
Use the file explorer of the Head Unit and write down the present map files etc / locations in the iGO folder before you replace them.

You can use any iGO version for WinCE you want. iGO8/Primo 2/Primo 2.4/NextGen
Your device is modern, and considering how the licenses are very difficult to find for NextGen, primo 2.4 is best choice.
And "civic" is very best recommended.

Of course. The same rules apply to all versions of IGO, for all platforms (operating systems)
    Now, stop asking, start reading
