Alert board icons redone all for even deeper 3D. (after all 125 redone icons, I deleted their folder due to a name error, aff had to redo all folded again)

Created new toll icons, flashes alert and lights up the lighthouse.

Recalibration of on-screen alerts, and reconfigured even larger icons with even deeper 3D effects. (bug reported by mauricioea when using screensaver)

Skin goes on to take the V8 (as it became very powerful just like the V8 engines).

Added shutdown after disconnecting power, with time of 20 seconds.

TripInfo now on the left side.

Fixed POIS selection. Now you can easily choose what you want and don't want along with the desired distance.

Added new night view mode.

New redone alert turns on the low beam. with a more real car.
