I met following ploblems:
1 Speed limit text is not in the middle and circle background is not for USA.
2 Small chinese text is not shown.Only box showmn(pic2).

Please help to fix them.

It is OK by Changing the skin.

Text display is OK by deleting the font folder from original skin.

Now the speed limit problem remained.
