    Nothing I've tried works.
    Did it not occur to you that the "problem" is in the system of your device and not in the software?
    Read the Forum discussions on NextGen editions and newer Androids, 32bit and 64bit software ...
    My advice to you is, if you are going to use Primo as a serious navigation find a quality older device with Android 10

    Primo is over 10 years old, technology advances, the system advances, the software becomes outdated more than the devices
    Get used to it

    Is that stupidity or stubbornness?
    If you haven't managed to do it after a whole year, then you should give Nextgen a try.

    With my package from post 142 never had a problem on any of the hundreds of devices, no additional adjustments are required
    With users, it's a different story

    @mmyhassan
    after all these years, you still haven't learned anything
    You asked the same thing a year ago, post #293
