Did it not occur to you that the "problem" is in the system of your device and not in the software?
Read the Forum discussions on NextGen editions and newer Androids, 32bit and 64bit software ...
My advice to you is, if you are going to use Primo as a serious navigation find a quality older device with Android 10
Primo is over 10 years old, technology advances, the system advances, the software becomes outdated more than the devices
Get used to it
