Hello to all, I´ve been a user of this version of Igo for the past years...until I changed my phone two weeks ago .The problem is that it doesn´t work on my Galaxy A6 even though it´s Andorid Pie and you say it works again on this version.It doesn´t even start,it just says "Resolution 720-1292 not supported" I tried including this portrait resolution and the landscape 1340_672 on my skins but no luck,I´ve also included the ux made for S8 devices that is mentioned here and nothing either, any idea about what else to do??? thanx in advance

OK, thanks for your help..I followed these steps ,donwloaded the mentioned content and the ux and now I got an error saying "global_cfg" not present.I´ve included this zip file from another content version and now IGO starts, but as soon as configuration ends it suddenly crashes and exits..any idea what´s happening now???

Latest Global.cfg files are proven OK. In fact, all from this Forum.
Installed package from internal memory? Are you sure granted all necessary permits to software (manually).
And maybe the main thing - Samsung builtin cleaner can make a real problems. Many complaints on it. It can delete a part or even the entire content of iGO folder.

Thanx again Boki_Srb for trying to help.Yes, all permissions granted, I´ve installed it on internal memory and everything is in the package.Is there any way to see a debug file or some crash report info to see why is not working??

or maybe I have to change something on sys.txt?? Cause I just read you said " If you put in sys txt "fullscreen=1", then apk stuck"

I do not know what your sys file looks like
Just open it with notepad (or whatever text viewer on phone) and check under:

It is OK, it is same sys from my package (working on my phone also).
You said that you are using Primo for many years. Exactly this version? Maybe you mixed content from old and new package?
Have you tried with only one map, for example, maybe you have some bad download...etc.
