Yea SYS.txt My bad !
Some of the info in the SYS file may not be compatible with your system ....
Here are some from different IGO 's ...
If you remove info , then your GPS should revert to default settings ... ( Should )

Hi Friends, i need help with my Sys.txt. I tried editing the Sys.txt to get the Voice announcement working... but i cant get it to work. no announcement at all when i overspeed, or when a Speedcam is there or when i come near the curve etc...
Here is my Sys.txt content.

I'm assuming you are using this version of iGO. So normal TTS is working but overspeed and speed alert isn't? Those are TTS Pro functions and depend on 1) the skin and 2) the correct voice.zip file.

I have inactive content for here_q3_2015 Europe (fda,ftr) although i have every possible licence and on other versions of Primo they are active, is this program patched only for Australia?

Thanks for your reply, but i want the voice announcement even when i overspeed or deroute from the normal route or when a child safe zone is approaching etc etc... it would be very nice if you could tell me which skin and which voice zip i need to use for this... Originally Posted by osiris4isis

I am using this holden iGo version on my chinese aiwa WinCE 6.0 device. Only on first Software version (i think iGO 9.19 nextgen ZENEC version) i installed there was an voice announcement, but after that no matter what version of iGO for example Nextgen or Primo or older version... it doesnt play voice alerts when i overspeed or a speed camera is there... Ok Been playing with the SYS file ...
This is as small as I have got it and it works on mine ...
As for voice , the SYS file is set to GERMAN ... So delete those instructions ... And it should run default ...
