Been using this for a few days now and really like it, bar a few issues that I'm hoping someone can help with:
1/ The instruction for a turning is given to me when I'm actually at the turn itself! It looks like it is set to 30 yards or something. Can I alter this so I'm instructed to turn earlier!?
2/ The voice seems to be cut off at the very beginning, so it missed the first part of the first spoken word. Any way round this?
3/ When I create a new route, the town is always filled in. Can this be blank?
4/ The Arrival Time isn't working properly. Any fix?
is there a 480_272 skin?
This question has probably been asked a few times.
Is there a cracked NextGen WinCE version that can be used in Australia , including licence?
Thanks

Hi there, I'm kind of new with this, so please be patientI was able to run this software on my Win CE (800x480) head unit, however, when I finish the wizard, it doesn't shows the map graphics and the cannot detect my location, this means I got to add a map file and license file? I'm in USA and I will love to have a US/Mexico/Canada map. thanks.

It sounds like the software is not seeing your GPS radio. Check the sys.txt file to see what is specified under the [GPS] section. You can try setting the port and baud rate to "AUTO" to see if it finds the GPS radio itself - or you might need to specifically set the port and baud rate.
You will also need to install map files if you don't already have them installed.

Thanks. I access the sys.txt fle you mentioned but I don't see any GPS section, I also use the search option and nothing came up, however, I load maps and licenses and the defauit the software, and runs just fine, a little slow but all works fine. Thanks.

Ok, great. Sounds like it's auto-detecting the GPS radio then (defaults to auto-detect if no [gps] section in sys.txt) and the problem was simply because you didn't have any maps installed. Glad to hear that all is well now!
What do you think of Nextgen compared to iGo8 and/or Primo? Personally, I didn't like it - not as "finger friendly" as iGo8/Primo in my opinion.
