Sorry it might not the right place to post. I have a W910US and after update map from naviextra with my SD card, it start update but show ALPINE screen in half way. I try to download the autorun.rar and try to access window ce in my Alpine. But nothing happen when i put the SD card inside. Wait long long time nothing happen. Try restore the previous map, and it said fail to load last time then hang. Now Navigation not working after update my map. Can someone help me?

do you have update system version? First you must update radio firmware then navigation elements (alpine website say this)

I have update once when I purchase Alpine map update SD card early this year, when I log in the Alpine website. They only have update on W910R(Euro version) I even try download update from W910R and put SD card in my W910 US version. It do update itself. But I cannot update or load my may since I update from Naviextra. I contacted them and receive one feedback ask me to reset my unit. No luck. Send couple reply to Naviextra no feedback. I feel so stupid that spend $100 to screw up my unit. I try your solution download autorun.rar unzip and put SD card in my Alpine but it do nothing. Weird things is after I update my map from naviextra my Alpine do trying to update for few second then back to ALPINE logo screen and stuck. Seems like a software issue.
