Unfortunately, I do not have this option in the program settings or skin settings. I add that without skin images for the tunnel and exit from the highway are displayed on the entire screen. Conclusion - the creator of the skin had such an intention or I have a bad skin resolution.

If without skin the image is correct, it's depend by skin.
Try in skin.zip/ui_android/common/ui/templates_landscape.css and navigatemap.ui, there is something about tunnel to edit, as perhaps:
