In iGO Primo 2.4 all tts information's is in 2 files:
- for apk and other "General information" - displayed on screen navi - file
lang_xxx.zip/i18n/Dictionary.lang
Messages that should be read during navigation - file
Voice_xxx.zip - but for TTS version
Eg Voice_TTS_Android_plp_lua.zip/i18n/dictionary.voice
If there is no i18n in the voice_xxx.zip folder, then the voice file is for non TTS - and in this case the command change is only possible by editing the audio file (ogg)

Finally, a little note:
IGO - has a hierarchical structure - this means that changes made to the sys.txt file have priority over others - so if we change the messages in the SPEEDCAM-CAT sections - and just enter them in the dictionary.voice file - unfortunately we will not hear Spoken messages of their native names - only those that are in sys.txt (mostly in english)

PS. Before the last forum crash, there was a universal database with translations for several thousand phrases - unfortunately it was cut.
Maybe one of her colleagues managed to download it?
