I do not have the faintest idea about iGO cooperation with TomTom maps.
If the system does not save your settings, it is only reasonable explanation is incorrect configuration of recording tracks SAVE folder.
I do not know whether this is due to the maps? - But probably not, put a bug in the path statement in relation to root your phone.
Read about installing iGO topic on the phone with Root.
Just out of curiosity - before installing skins, we are talking about in this topic - saving a profile (because for that matter) to work properly?
PS. One more clarification on the issue:
As you can see from the topic - problems were reported by you and a colleague notakwak.
