I spoke yesterday with colleagues from the east - (who performed patch mod ..) on this issue.
They confirmed my suspicions, and here's another proposal to solve this problem:

Add to sys.txt [folders] section:
data="/storage/emulated/0/igo"
sdcardpath="/storage/emulated/0/igo"

And IGO settings will be stored directly on the memory Interior (igo / save)

And a similar manner from a friend arimi:

In section
[folders]
has_secondary_root = 1
android_secondary_root_path = "/ storage / sdcard0 / Primo"
data = "/ storage / sdcard0 / Primo"

storage / sdcard0 - the path to your internal memory card
Primo - the folder on your internal memory card, Which will save the settings. You can change the name that addons.
