IMO a lot of it is a matter of settings - as far as this is possible with this skin.
In addition, the map and red display is also influenced by Scheme (here my own). For example, I don't like traffic lights, the map doesn't know whether it's red, yellow or green 😉

If you want kml to work why don't you use Avic? It's the most complete of the 4 64 bit igos and all have the same skins.
I don't know about Basarsoft but between Avic and world for example Frontzosd told me Avic is much better.

In 'iGO_Israel 9.18.27.687519' without any skin and HERE maps trafic lights are correctly displayed on route:

And there are also correct announcements to 'turn left (or wherever) on next (or second) traffic light'.

So source of problem should be in skins.

This is a fully cr@cked 32-bit version of iGO Israel and there have never been any prezenziy to her in terms of traffic lights.
We are talking about the version iGO Basarsoft 9.35.2.262743 64bit + mod skin Pongo by segaal.
And these are two big differences.
