First: You need a skin for 64-bit apps.
First try a simple, but in my opinion very good skin.
Either reinstall completely, or just replace the ux folder, the data.zip and the sys.txt.
Don't forget to delete the save folder...or rename it.

rewrite/rename the default ux/ to default_ux/
insert ux/ from Skinner in data_folder
