Could you please provide clear instructions in order to install everything?
I installed the APK, added France.fbl (2021.06) and licence for 2021.06 but when I open the app, it detects nothing and leads me to the store...
What am I missing?

Almost 7 years user.
A lot .... sys, ux folder, data.zip, global_cfg ... etc etc.
Browse Forum and read ... also a lot. Carefully read this whole topic. Or wait for someone attentive.
Goodnight
I have been playing with this version yesterday and without digging in deep I came to the conclusion that it is not a "drop-in" upgrade for my current World 9.18.xx installation.
This version works fine with the latest TomTom 2021.4 maps with a bare minimum installation.
Over time I made some tweaks to the sys file to better suit my taste and needs. Also added some extra functionalities in the UX and I still very much like to use my own scheme.
Implementing all this into 9.35 version causes the program to simply not start at all or parts are not working/responding.
I could probably get this 9.35 version of iGO to work (mostly) my my own personal tweaks but that would require me to really dig in and figure out exactly which part doesn't work and why.
Then I'm thinking/wondering why would I spend all this time into getting this to work?
I can't find any change logs but I doubt I'm going to notice a meaningful difference during day to day use between iGO World 9.18.xx and 9.35.xx which makes me not very motivated to spend time getting 9.35.xx to work how I want. ..
Or does anyone have good reason(s) to get 9.35.xx to work?
ps.
@Ecotje
Your APK works fine with all the content on the SD-card when the appropriate changes are made in the sys file.
there has been an executable LUNA 9.35.xx (tested with And. v.8.x - v.11.x) for a long time, which supports the EU map. There are also some skins that cover all known possibilities and/or options. So the wagon wheel does not have to be reinvented again....
On the contrary; the on-board computer for most cars must first be invented, which can also process the mass of data.
Colorful pictures with trees and/or moving water never get you to your goal more precisely and faster. Therefore, for Android, a v.9.18.27.xxx IMO is the best program at the moment.
It also hardly needs a SYS.txt modification (a number of iGO-Primo variables no longer apply to Nextgen), since the well-known skin offers today already cover more than is actually needed for pure navigation.
IMO some users shouldn't just rush into a forum thinking they have to "teach" people with decades of experience. It's better to read thoroughly in - not only - this forum first --- which can take a year![]()

I don't use any skins.
All skins I have seen so far are butt ugly and put way too many buttons on the main navigation screen. No I very much prefer my iGO without any skin and just my own scheme.
So yes I would need to "reinvent the wheel" for some parts as I absolutely refuse to use butt ugly skins.
This all is beside the point though as my main question was/is if it would be worth the time and effort getting 9.35.xx to work and look the way I want compared to 9.18.xx
Guess it's not.

I have the impression that you missed the Luna topic while it still existed on the Forum. Due to some situations, the Admin decided to remove it, unfortunately there is no such material and there will not be.
But what I mean is that the edition is absolutely usable and functional, even surprisingly less demanding than the standard versions.
Spoiler: Luna with NO skin
could it be that you never really dealt with the various skins for Nextgen 9.18.27.xxx 🤔
It may be that you only know graphical representations/screenshots because you write a large number of buttons in the cockpi. 😮
I have many Motorhome- / Camper-Friends in DE who all use the Pongo skin with enthusiasm, some even only specify the path to the secondary root in the SYS.txt.
You are welcome to present/submit your type of use here, but please do not speak badly/write something that you have probably not tested and used intensively enough yourself.

No, that's up to your skin settings.
No one needs to use a skin if they don't like the look of it.
I sometimes have to smile when some users proudly write that they don't use a skin.
Their rationale is: System is getting slow.
But after that they put together 20 ux from half a dozen different skinners because they are missing some features.
I doubt that makes sense.....
(That doesn't mean you do it like this)
Skins change the graphical representation of iGO quite a bit.
I never said that skins don't work, I just stated that I don't like they way they graphically change iGO. This is just a personal opinion/taste and I'm very much in my right to have this opinion just as you may have the opinion that a certain skin looks awesome. You don't have to jump to conclusions and accuse me of all kind of things just I don't agree with you about if a skin does or doesn't look good.
You have no idea whatsoever what I did and did not test, used nor how much time I've spend on iGO navigation... so please keep those accusations that have no basis whatsoever for yourself, it's not making you somehow more right or something.. in contrary..
I'm not proud of it or anything, for me it's just a practical fact that I don't like any skins I've seen so far.
As i said above I never claimed, and never will, that skins don't work or make your system slow (although that is a possibility if the skin tries to push in 1001 features and heavy textures)
Thank you that at least to you I'm free to not use a skin if I don't like the look of it
No it doesn't make sense to me to refuse to use a skin and then stuff 30+ UX from a dozen or so different skins in their installation.
Same way it doesn't make sense to use a skin when one doesn't like the look of the skin in the first place and then needs to disable/circumvent 19 out of the 20 things that skin adds to the installation.
A screenshot from my current installation.. this is all what I would want 9.35.xx to do, nothing less nothing more.
Spoiler: screenshot
As a bonus question I will let you guess how many UX'es I added to the iGO default installation.![]()
