About arm32 i really don't think that is the future as arm64 will remain the single player on the stage.
As for arm32 the 2018 v8.18.27.736653 is still awesome and yes libs on arm32 it will be much more easier to patch than the arm64 libs, the code is easier to understand/readable but again arm32 is like windows xp.
