the version is not new ?? (from 9.18.20xxx to 9.35.2xxx)

The version is new, but only supports old content files. And why do we need it?

my opinion
is newest code for better support the latest android versions...
probably optimized (ux, data and the core) .... also may be worse than before.
but if you do not try it you do not know...
ps: but your version xxxx728 is the best at the moment...

I cannot install this version in Germany? ( download of modemakias Version )
When I download the original files from the Play Store, only version 9.35.2.227615 is installed. The version xxxx7616 cannot be installed as an update.
Therefore the patch will not work. I have already changed the language to English -> without success.
Does apk control the location via GPS during the installation?
Who can help here?

depend from your device architecture: 32bit/64bit
thats is the reason you have download different version.
armeabi-v7a --> 9.35.2.227615 -> 32bit
arm64-v8a --> 9.35.2.227616 -> 64bit
you can also use "aida64" from GP to get informaton about your device...
