thx for the apk - worked fine for me.
1.) I copied the folder "jp.pioneer.mbg.avicsync" to "Android/obb" internal memory.
2.) After installation I started the app: The app made a connection to server and downloaded about 65k data.
3.) The app started with an initialization task.
4.) The app was ready, but without any content!
I tried to include the content into the *.obb-files (7-zip) -> After each restart the app did another download and overwrote my * .obb files.
I tried to put the content into Android\data but without success.
Yes - I used the search function .....
Pls help: Where shall I put the content (maps, poi,...) for AVICSYNC

data.zip from OP is original
Otherwise, I see no purpose in using it at all. It is not compatible with anything. Believe me, I have tried various combinations (data.zip, ux's), almost everything possible
