One experience

A member after tinkering with a previously successful install on the A14 caused it to stop working
No amount of re-deleting, uninstalling, clearing cache, etc. helped. It either gave him errors that the apk was not supported or that he couldn't even run it.
Then he cleaned the system with CC cleaner and after that he managed to install iGO immediately.

Of course, as with any cleaner, you have to be very careful when using it because it can delete a bunch of files that are in use, but it doesn't know that.
