You need to add the -content- files and licenses yourself...

These are almost experimental versions intended exclusively for one market (and for only one series of devices, in this case for car HU's), new ones, without appropriate content for the rest of the world.
They do not work on all devices as well. I have tested them on three phones, worked only at one (btw rooted, debloated, etc...)

They were posted on forums to see the news in NG world, it would be interesting for some to play a little bit.
They are not for the broad masses, and even less for real use. Yet
