Your sys file do not belong to this edition and it have wrong settings.
Just tested it on Galaxy S4 works OK.
Version pretty fast, intended for car HU's (tested with disabled ux's also).
No one online service works (as indicated), disabled in APK, extra ux (except road width) cause not starting software. Standard schemes are functional.
Maybe weather can work, but still no find proper UX, or maybe it does not exist (adapted) yet.

Without sys.txt there is the same error....I do not create a sys.txt file on my device during installation
