Delete the entire tmc folder. Online-tmc-data is active if you have proper lycs. Tested in Italy and Greece. This applies to every Android NG version.
And, at the AVIC, you must have proper ux files.

I removed the tmc dir, no change. I copied tmc.zip and tmc-online.zip from the package here into my pongo skin: no change.
I installed the ux from here instead of pongo. Now it asks for telephone permission and exits. Telephone is granted. No chance to run!

Yes, but @ modemakias suggest - and "pioneer_mobile_skin.zip" to pass imei scanning, access to phone...
just replace the original in ux folder...
Maybe he upload that file again.
