I already have these settings in sys.txt. Some tmc files are red (version 100921 or 110602) some are white (110708)

Tmc files...have nothing to do with Android NextGen.
Those files are responsible for TMC- real physical TMC receiver. Not for online data otherwise android device use.
Putting this files in package still brings confusion for Android users.
I do not understand why they are still persistently placed in the packages.
Delete the entire tmc folder. Online-tmc-data is active if you have proper lycs. Tested in Italy and Greece. This applies to every Android NG version.
And, at the AVIC, you must have proper ux files.

Hmmm, dear colleague frontzosd. Semantics of English is not our strong suit, but...
By your process, you change exactly the icon and the name on the icon.
Replacement of loading ux change only loading. Every of my NG is starting with AlfaRomeo loading, the version is not seen at all

If the other versions run well, then there is some conflict with ux files ( try to use older), or maybe with apk itself. Then uninstalling makes sense.
