Why is it "absurd?" Just because it uses new content format and you can't find anything except for Israel, doesn't mean it's the fault of proggy. Furthermore, it's released specially for Israel (aka: Gift variant) and wasn't named something like "World."

Yes, that's the problem.
Especially since there seems to be something interesting.
I hope that in a while this version will be open to all .

And must not forget that NNG sell their products... So our use of them is not really very "catholic"

Yes, it is ABSURD ! What about the version iGO primo Nextgen Israel 9.35.2.83984. It looks this version is similar to a Gift Editon. Is it just for the Israel market ?
What it means : This app is incompatible with all of your devices. This app is not available in your area !?
Has anyone bought this paid version with a map other than Israel ? I think that iGO has remarkably protected its product but why because only works in Israel (as Gift Edition) and can't be used in the world. I would like to see any screenshot that this paid version reads a map of another country, that read fbl and all old iGO files ....

no support online at all , what ever you need you will get same answer - come to Herzliya to the office during the working time with your phone , you also can not buy the Europe maps other way than going there for them to install it...

There are many questions without answers. I agree with @me33 "no advantage on last year version"

"Something interesting" doesn't obliged the maker of a product to satisfied what anyone wants or expects. The fact that "previous" versions of Israel or Gift works with contents for other countries than Israel, does in no way forced the maker to make it works in any future versions. NNG global strategy has never been to cater to "end users." They sell their "OEM technology" to any maker who would pay for it and it's up to that entity to create, support and maintain their own end products. Try to contact NNG corp about any issues regarding Gift and the answer is to talk to the Gift creator.
