"Something interesting" doesn't obliged the maker of a product to satisfied what anyone wants or expects. The fact that "previous" versions of Israel or Gift works with contents for other countries than Israel, does in no way forced the maker to make it works in any future versions. NNG global strategy has never been to cater to "end users." They sell their "OEM technology" to any maker who would pay for it and it's up to that entity to create, support and maintain their own end products. Try to contact NNG corp about any issues regarding Gift and the answer is to talk to the Gift creator.
