In sys.txt find this lines:

[speedcam.disabled_countries]
_FRA=x,x,x,x,x,x,x
_SUI=x,x,x,x,x,x,x

and comment them out with ";" like this

;[speedcam.disabled_countries]
;_FRA=x,x,x,x,x,x,x
;_SUI=x,x,x,x,x,x,x

or better, just delete them (all 3 lines).

IMHO - the solution - which you indicated at the end of the post

You can see the content of the apk, and the records of sys.txt "stich" in the apk.
There are mentioned lines - responsible for blocking speedcam in France and Switzerland ->
[Speedcam.disabled_countries]
_FRA = x, x, x, x, x, x, x
_SUI = x, x, x, x, x, x, x

iGO has a hierarchical structure - so if - in the sys.txt file (which is in root iGO) - it will not be! A command that disables commands from the sys.txt file in apk - these commands will be executed! - Yes, if we remove (as you propose) these 3 lines.

However, if we apply solution 2 - we will disable these commands by adding a character ;
commands will be deactivated.
Commands added in sys.txt (with root iGO) have the highest priority.
