Hmm, I remembered now..I had such a problem on some devices.
The same Primo/NG package, two different units. On one device everything is ok, on another - does not display the keyboard and shows, so say, weird colors (!). Both devices are faultless. So, I guess it is some with system (driver?).
I did not find a solution for such a cases, I only used different iGO packages.
