I have the same problem. In the "sys" if you have modified the dpi=240, the problem persist. The correct is: dpi="auto." (I hope, you understand my bad english!)

Well I downloaded all NEXTGEN lang and Voice files..I paid attention that those are NEXTGEN and not PRIMO lang files and it does not matter which I select it it is still white. When you press on it it gets Grey but kinda useless option.

No my friend I tried English or any default Languages...ok I will give it a try. I downloaded this original language pack and put them all...any lang I try gives the same result...I Will a try to this set of lang you suggested.

Dear friends I tried both options that you provided and none of them yielded a favorable outcome. Issue still persists. For now I will focus on Primo MotoEd...
anyway can you guys share your motorbike settings? How did you set the route settings:

Hmm, I remembered now..I had such a problem on some devices.
The same Primo/NG package, two different units. On one device everything is ok, on another - does not display the keyboard and shows, so say, weird colors (!). Both devices are faultless. So, I guess it is some with system (driver?).
I did not find a solution for such a cases, I only used different iGO packages.

What seems to be the best choice?

I hope there is another version that that supports motorcycle like this Blaupunkt. This is the only original version that has motorcycle profile to select from.
