I have these lines,

raster_in_2d=1 ;(1 activated)
raster_in_3d=1 ;(1 activated)
raster_2d_high_quality=1 ;(1 activated)
raster_3d_high_quality=1 ;(1 activated)
but it is not possible to activate satellite ONLY in 2D.
I have deactivated these, because they are with same function as sliders in settings.
When I use 1 for 2D and 0 for 3D, satellite view is visible in both 2D and 3D.
