Not really. I updated over the previous .apk from OP and am using iGO_Basar folder with no probs

The program does not even get to the loading screen nor does it far enough create the "save" folder.

Make sure you have iGO_Basar folder on internal storage not ext card or have it on Ext and symlink it. That is what I do on MM.
