Ok. I deleted the file you mentioned, force stopped iGo, changed sys.txt line to ...jci, and traffic still didn't work

I also tried, after force stopping again, to the change the line to ...iphone, and the result was the same: no traffic info

In the about menu nothing was red in traffic service.

I've no skin, and only Hungarian lang and voice files.

Do you see in menu About/Content/Traffic Service/ Hungary tmc?

If you don't see it then download this:

extract rara and add folder tmc in content

Yes, I had all the files already in the tmc folder, and none of them showed red in About/Content/Traffic Service/

Thanks for trying to help, but the suggestions didn't help

Oh well, I guess I'll have to rely on Waze to go about during rush hours, and I'll use iGo for longer navigation...

Thanks again to everyone who chimed in on my traffic problems!

Turns out that that problem was sooo trivial that I'm almost too embarrassed to share:

I had this line in my sys.txt: profile="nng-igo-tmc-jci"
And it should have been this: profile_name="nng-igo-tmc-jci" Doh!

After changing it thus, traffic infos started to download as they should
