A) First case
--We disable speed
--only by time.
We set Time.

If we open our apk , whatever we are doing
If the time pass, Main sidelist Disabled!

B) Second case...
--disable time
--ONLY with speed...
We set speed
.
If your speed , is over for example 40 km/h
Main sidelist disabled.

If your speed is less than 40 km / h
Then Main Sidelit Enabled!!!!!!

Side List Menu Settings/Hide List Settings/Enable speed: Disable

But if we move slower in the simulation than what is set in "Set Speed", the first side menu will appear, if faster, it will not appear. <-- I think this is the most important thing, try this!

I took it to 10 km/h and it's fine, because it always goes faster in the simulation.

If you find it right (as I do), that an "Average Speed" widget as possible in OSMand+ application, can also fit your skin and you will create such a UX, I would be happy (and I think not only me), if it would be suitable for running as an independent UX.

Dear Waldek, unfortunately for these 2, 64 bit apks, (World and Avic, i delete Israel because doesnt support many! ...
and as time goes by I will discover more!) spc files doesn't work! So I stay with txt files!
Or perhaps needed something else!

Also I made experiments with factory files(without skin)
