If you find it right (as I do), that an "Average Speed" widget as possible in OSMand+ application, can also fit your skin and you will create such a UX, I would be happy (and I think not only me), if it would be suitable for running as an independent UX.

Do speedcam files in .spc format work for you in iGO_World?
Dear Waldek, unfortunately for these 2, 64 bit apks, (World and Avic, i delete Israel because doesnt support many! ...
and as time goes by I will discover more!) spc files doesn't work! So I stay with txt files!
Or perhaps needed something else!
Also I made experiments with factory files(without skin)

This is something new, previously there were cases when speedcam.txt did not work, such as on a Mazda car with iGO Nextgen, this problem was solved by applying a patch. SPC worked by default.
