Yes, it's true.
But this problem seems to exist since Android 8.
On the other hand, voice recognition works well with other navigation software (maps, waze, Amigo...), but I much prefer iGo and I am disappointed to see that this application which was a pioneer in GPS navigation does not evolve more.
Voice recognition is not an essential function.
We can very well do without it, but it's a shame that the best (to my taste) navigation software does not have this function.
Update:
If I understand correctly, since no one answers, it means that there is no solution, or that no one has the necessary skills to find a solution.
