which means that any KML file can operate with SVG or BMP icons. OR not?
Is there a specific in code KML file which works with svg icons?

Not exactly...the implementation of svg-icons in the kml-files requires "branding" way,not usual way...

Let me ask one more thing.
The width of the roads can be modified by changing the width values in roadwidths.ini file (which is located in iGO_Luna\ux\the_skin_by_pongo.zip\ui_nextgen\common\mapconfig\ folder)

Does anyone know if there is a similar file, in which, the width of the traffic indication lines on the side of the road (the ones that indicate heavy, medium or light traffic -red, Orange, Yellow-...) can be modified?
It would be nice if they could be changed to thicker red, orange, yellow, green traffic indication side lines in a not zoomed map, in order to have a more clear and real geographical overview of the current traffic. Not tiny thin threads.

Same question applies to the alternative routes. Is there a possibility to have thicker alternative routes on the map prior navigation?

@NikonM,i made once some changes of thicknes of international border in overwiev.vis Also in " luna_sign.zip" can you try I dont remeber all the changes ,i wrote in forum about Sorry for not give you more hints but i really dont remember I will search

Do you know how to change the thickness of the traffic indication line (my main concern) and the thickness of the alternative routes line?

A small correction should be made to

[width_0]
far_distance = 50, 400, 800, 1500, 2500, 4300, 6000, 5000 (should be 15000), 30000, 60000, 132000, 132001, 300000, 600000, 850000, 1200000, 2200000, 4250000, 4250001

in file ui_nextgen\common\mapconfig\roadwidths.ini in the_skin

For whoever is interested I tripled the traffic lines width for far to be more visible. Like that you can have a general view of traffic in a larger area of your town.
Replace the file in the_skin_by_pongo.zip, ui_nextgen\common\mapconfig\roadwidths.ini

Also I tripled the thickness of the "alternative route" lines. Copy the file to the same folder as above.
