@AnthonyGreek can be because of translation check language and see if clear night its translated as sunny in your language
Search in dictionary.ini for :Clear Night="xxxxxx"

Well maybe in wheather itself?
I find come clues in wheather but im not sure if its that :weather\ui_nextgen\common\ui\weather_mods.lua
search for :function rm_GetWeatherFullText(forecast)
I can't tell more as i dont have text on button wheather like sunny or clear night .etc Dont know why ,i have only temerature
or here:local e_WeatherType = {
As you see the word "clear night" its missing. But more skilled coleagues than me can guide you in the process,

Is there a way to prevent the hiding of the Driving Overview (Fahrtenüberblick in german) when clicking elsewhere on the map?

I agree, i also find the clear/ sunny sky to be strangely orange. Tried to correct this in a really clear blue sky with pvrtextool, but to no avail. Maybe the developer can, besides the sunny night error, also change the sky1.pvr to a clear blue sky?

Another strange behaviour of the weather. This 2 screenshots were taken at the same time (at night) with the difference of a few meters.

In general, I've noticed that when I clicked near the cursor I got wrong weather (sun at night) and when I moved by scrolling away from the cursor, after certain distance, I got the right weather. As in the 2 pictures above.

Is it maybe because of the update interval?
You have 21 degrees first, then 15 degrees
"Weather Cockpit Update Repeat Time"
I tried it last night, I didn't encounter your problem. None of the problems previously described here.

What to say? I've tried anything I can. Set the interval to 5 min, press different areas of map. Anyway, no matter what the interval is, at 11 o' clock at night and latera, sometimes, I have the icon and announcement of sunny weather. In my previous post I noticed that only Greeks clicked "like". Maybe it's a problem with the weather server in my country.
Well, never mind. I won't come back to it, if other people don't experience the same problem.
