Unfortunately very often some plugins are chained together, as in this case.
You must rename weather.zip and if you don't want the weather service just disable it from the menu, or from Wearher or from Online Services.

To me the POIs all work, both those contained in the maps and the personal ones in kml, the only difference is that those in kml not have the box to be selected as in Israel.

The sys is the original one found together with the Skin, and anyway some commands in the sys that worked for the other Nextgen on LUNA don't work.
