Several reasons could be:

Replace in voice in info.ini to: lua_engine_version="1_1" and voice.lua: engine = L"engine_1_1"
If no success - remove engine_1_0.lua and folder engine_1_0 from media_libs_subaru.zip
if no success - replace media_libs_subaru.zip by media_libs.zip from Extra
if no success - remove media_libs`s at all from ux-folder.
if no success - ...

If your problem is treated in this way, then you have serious problems in your voice or in your TTS!!!
