🤔didn't this PearlAgency-xxxxx.lyc file negatively affect weather 🤔 Is it perhaps present in the folder 🤔

I know from Pongo-Skin that weather.zip was never a problem for 32-bit Nextgen, regardless of the build...
** I personally have been using only the 2019 Pongo Skin with Nextgen for years now – and this basic version runs on so many devices without any problems 👍👍
for 64-bit, the revised versions from @wal24 have proven to be the most stable on my Samsung S21 so far 👍
