it is not a rare case; igo can't handle the device's GPS protocol.
Are you testing with another navigation app and observing how the GPS arrow/-point behaves?
If the GPS point moves constantly, the device's GPS receiver is of poor quality - or an Android has been modified by the manufacturer.
This is not due to iGO or Pongo-Skin
