I had the same problem with the latest Pongo skins. No idea why.
For me pongo skin august 2018 was the last one that was fast without problems.

Where I find data.zip? the archive "Skin_iGO_Nextgen_by_pongo+ux_plugins_2019.04.19.RAR" does not exist.

The file branding.zip was missing.

Uh, branding.zip should not be in ux folder ?
Or am I wrong ?

branding.zip should not be at all in any folder!
But if you really want it, then put it in root of iGO folder (next to data.zip)
