Hello....
use data.zip from skin package... about the battery, you must to go:

settings -> skin settings -> cockpit -> menu button -> cockpit buttons -> battery in menu button of/off

about the image problem... try to use the second sky.zip from the package
only one active.... also try to delete save folder.....
