Post codes
Hi all,
I have the latest version of iGO next gen from Luna and pongo. In the generic version of iGO next gen I can search by post codes in the UK but not in Luna. Is there a setting for this or has it been removed completely ?
Also I have a black view tablet running a 1340x800 ppi, everything runs great but I'm just wondering if I need to set the resolution for this specific device.

I am using iGO_PAL with Pongo skin Works fine, very good work by the developers, but I would like to make some changes. In attached screenshot I would like to remove a few of the icons/widgets. Can that be done? If so, where and how? I have not found anything relating to this in the forum.

The iGO Nextgen Pongo skin (2023.10.21) has a map switcher.
I use NNG and HERE maps, but mostly the NNG map.
When I block, i.e. exclude a street from the planning, it saves it. But when I switch to the HERE map and then switch back to the NNG map, the street that I previously excluded, i.e. banned, is no longer there. So after changing maps, it deletes it and does not remember that I blocked a road/street.
In principle, it stores this in the save//// ROADBLOCKS file.

This has nothing to do with the skin, but with the change to a different map provider, which also means different data content/structure of the map.
But I could imagine setting up the blocking/locking before the route is generated, then saving the route and calling it up again with a different map. Should the detour then be included, IMO 🤔

I don't know, I only dared to write that it has a Pongo skin because when I downloaded the complete skin, I didn't change anything, I just copied it to my device.
The map changer can be found here: iGO_Pal/UX/map_changer_here_tomtom.zip
The info file in the zip contains this:
