? false ZIP-convert App?
Greetings!
I installed the Skin Pongo of 11.5.2022 on iGO NextGen; I added all the new words in the dictionary, depending on the contents of the file Read-me, however, the voice is not recognized as TTS voice.
With the Skin of 17.11.2021, using the same voice adjusted for the 11.5.2022 Skin version, the voice is typically recognized as TTS.
Can anyone give you a hint.
Grateful

I found out it's the speedcam.zip that's causing the problem.
If you use the file speedcam.zip old, it does not give this problem with TTS voice. .

Hello, I use iGO_PAL_9.18.27.719974 with functional live traffic and Skin Pongo.
Recently I noticed that after a while, the voice alerts stop, leaving only the active beeps or even stopping completely. Sometimes they recover after restarting, sometimes not.
Investigating more closely, I noticed that every time the problem occurs, that button with the symbol of a speaker on the left edge of the screen, appears with a red "X" in front (mute), or with the exclamation mark, which only leaves active the beeps when you approach a radar camera or similar alerts. In none of the cases, the voice alerts no longer work until that button is changed to "maximum volume" mode.
It should be mentioned that the GPS sound works absolutely normally when I exit the IGO application, so I don't think it has anything to do with the volume of the device...
I don't know if that button with the speaker symbol deactivates automatically, or if I pressed it accidentally, it is certain that it has something to do with the loss of voice alerts in the middle of the route.
My question is if anyone knows how to completely disable that menu bar shown in the image below. Or at least that speaker button. I tried from the NextGen settings but it doesn't disappear.
I would like to try to disable them completely, in case that button is pressed accidentally. Or if you have another solution that I don't know about, I would be extremely grateful if you could guide me.
Thanks!

my recommendation:
Backup the current save-folder, then deal with the menu for a day, which settings and views are possible 🤔
If the settings have been changed in such a way that you can no longer see through them yourself, then the save folder backup can be moved back again.
** In this way, many people have gotten to know a skin in detail and do not need to write every single setting/option in the forum - the man/woman is himself 😉

hey guys
looking to get rid of the next maneuvre icon in top left corner. also to get rid of the primary data fields on the bottom. can it be done? thanks
The problem cannot be caused by the skin.
Actually, it looks like a driver problem or voice problem. They have already been reported in different cases.
It is necessary to set up the system very carefully, all permissions, all restrictions related to working in the background, etc. To all components that participate in the process. Especially if TTS is used, which I think is the case. You should also check if the voice is fully compatible with the skin and all changes that have been made in the meantime.
As for turning off part of the menu, it's not that simple. It's part of the skin. Some of functions can be removed individually, simply by renaming ux's.
Maybe you should try it with some other which is quite "lighter". You may also wonder if you need a skin at all.
