Skin iGO nextgen by pongo (DISCUSSION)

In the default skin configuration from a certain distance, it is not possible to see the "forest" of favorites.
In the Pongo data.zip file at project_config > igo_nextgen.ini in the [interface] and [map] sections you can try to change some zoom parameters.
Perhaps it will solve your problem.

@jorgeultra ,had something to do with distance as well?

Cristian I think you are a truck driver as me and the favourits are maybe your clients, restaurants, shops etc. The point is that with Nextgen we can do MUCH less that we are used to do with Primo and personally I kept primo as navigator for my truck, consider that I have around 1200 clients saved all around Europe, hundred of restaurants, PINs (as in Igo8) etc etc every category with its own icon, visible on the map, easy to find so in conclusion my personal advice is to keep NextGen for your smarphone and use Primo for the truck installed on a tablet (I personally use ONLY Samsung Note 8 with Android 4.2). P.S to save my clients and the PINs I still use Igo8 mounted on an HTC HD2 and from time to time I transfer them to my PC just in case ....

For forest of favs on the map with pongo skin:
Must edit branding.zip/ui_nextgen/defaults/poi_visibilities.txt add this line
|root|
@Favourites||500000|500000
@My POI|Community.Embassy|0|0
In data.zip/ui_nextgen/defaults/poi_visibilities.txt add lines
|root|
@Favourites||500000|500000
@My POI|Community.Embassy|0|0

After you do this changes delete poi_visibilities.txt from save/profiles/01

Must set again parking shopping gas station etc All that you want to see on the map according with you taste
PS maybe someone with more skills than me will do this in the right way
PS PS this changes can be used and for luna if you use some branding.zip or data.zip its alterated and you cant see forest of favs on map

I believe those are truck restrictions created as POi

Texas and Michulllllll,

The sign means "minimum following distance"
Ux is driveralerts.zip
In the Pongo skin is the Road Signs option.
In the Arimi skin is the Driver Alerts option.
