I think its easier to disable the Mini Maneuver
settings/skin settings/cockpit

Everything works for me. Also the 5000m ....Tested in simulation
Pongo Skin 17.10.

Next Maneuver
Second Maneuver does not seem to be working properly.
In its configuration the cursor can reach 5000 meters but really (test in simulation) it is limited to 3000 meters as gpsmania says.
