I had the same problem with the latest Pongo skins. No idea why.
For me pongo skin august 2018 was the last one that was fast without problems.

My IGO NextGen ISRAEL_9.18.27.687519 does not cooperate with Pongo's skin.
Starting the IGO takes a long time. Navigating the menu terribly lags.
My hardware is Huawei Mediapad T5
How to solve the problem?

The file branding.zip was missing.

Uh, branding.zip should not be in ux folder ?

branding.zip should not be at all in any folder!
But if you really want it, then put it in root of iGO folder (next to data.zip)
