Pongo, I guess, renamed non pongo's ux files with ---, remove --- from ux files you want to enable.
Scheme_Sky_default is for default skin. Choose the right file for your phone, enable just one as written in starting post.
All working for me. Look at scheme folder too and remove unnecessary files.

PS. In 04-03-2016 update only the following ux files have been updated:
block_route.zip ( 37,09 MB )
the_skin_Avicsync_by_pongo.zip ( 3,71 MB )
